Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this
Court dated

Considering the earlier Manifestation dated December
3, 2002 of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) stating that
the testimonies of prosecution witnesses Jesusa Lou Cabrales and Quirino Glico
are crucial in the review of accused-appellant's conviction, and it appearing
from the letter dated November 25,
2003 of Ma. Nalyn C. Jabat-Mesa, Branch Clerk of Court, RTC-Manila
(Branch 26), that the retaking of the testimonies of said prosecution witnesses
did not take place because they were no longer connected with Hospicio de San
Jose and ISAD Western Police District, respectively, the Court Resolves to REQUIRE
the OSG to ASCERTAIN the whereabouts of prosecution witnesses
Cabrales and Glico and to INFORM the Court of their present addresses
within thirty (30) days from notice.
