Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19 2004.

G.R. No. 155307 (M.A. Jimenez Enterprises, Inc. represented by Cesar Calimlim and Laila Balois vs. Jesus P. Camayo, et al.)

The Court resolves to NOTE the Partial Compliance dated October 17, 2003 filed by counsel for petitioner, in compliance with the resolution of August 13, 2003, stating that the address of respondent Manuel V. Roy is "No. 17-B Collantes St., Xavierville Phase I, Loyola Heights, Quezon City," and that the address of respondents John Ulassus and Ronald Manalili will be submitted immediately after he acquires knowledge thereof.

The Division Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send a copy of the resolution of March 17, 2003, requiring respondents to file a comment on the motion for reconsideration of the Resolution of November 27, 2002, to respondent Manuel V. Roy himself for his compliance.

Petitioner is REQUIRED to SUBMIT the addresses of respondents Ulassus and Manalili within fifteen (15) days from notice; otherwise its motion for reconsideration will be deemed submitted for resolution after respondent Roy shall have filed his comment or after expiration of the ten (10)-day period.
