Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19 2004.

A.M. No. MTJ-03-1489 (Dra. Francisca T. Yoingco, et al. vs. Judge Concepcion V. Gonzaga, MTC, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.)

The Court Resolves to require the Clerk of Court of the Municipal Trial Court of Sto. Tomas, Batangas to furnish this Court with certified true copies of the four (4) informations involved in Criminal Cases Nos. 2000-185 to 2000-188, all entitled "People vs. Dra. Francisca T. Yoingco," pending before said court within five (5) days from notice.
