A.M. OCA IPI No. 03-1804-RTJ (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, Represented by Atty. Carlos R. Bautista, Jr. vs. Judge Romulo A. Lopez.)

In view of the pending petition for certiorari filed before the Court of Appeals, docketed as CA-G.R. No. SP-77458 and entitled, "Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation vs. Hon. Romulo A. Lopez," the Court Resolves to DEFER ACTION on the verified complaint dated July 7, 2003 of PAGCOR and the comment thereon dated August 20, 2003 of Judge Romulo A. Lopez until final resolution of said petition.
