Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 5 2005.

G.R. No. 166687 (Fidel T. Salamera vs. Commission on Elections [COMELEC] and Lordan B. Roxas.)

Acting on the Omnibus Motion dated 30 March 2005 filed by counsel for petitioner, the Court Resolved to

(a) DENY WITH FINALITY the prayer for a reconsideration of the resolution of 8 February 2005 dismissing the petition, there being no compelling reason to warrant the reversal of the said resolution; and

(b) NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the prayer for issuance of a temporary restraining order and/or writ of preliminary injunction, as the petition had been dismissed.
