[G.R. No. 163543. February 2, 2005]
GILLES vs. BERNARDO
SECOND DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 2 2005.
G.R. No. 163543 (Cresencia Gilles vs. Avelinda R. Bernardo.)
Acting on the motion for reconsideration of our Resolution dated June 16, 2004 which denied petitioner's motion for extension of thirty (30) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari for petitioner's failure to show that she has not lost the fifteen (15)-day reglementary period within which to appeal in view of the lack of statement of the dates of receipt of the assailed judgment and of filing the motion for reconsideration thereof, we resolve to DENY the motion, there being no compelling reason to warrant the reconsideration sought.
SO ORDERED.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.)
