Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 14 2005 .
RESOLUTION
A.M. No. 04-11-650-RTC (Re: Request for Transfer of Venue of Crim. Case Nos. 01-21028 and 01-21029.)
In the Resolution dated December 6, 2004, the Court granted the letter-request of the accused, Mr. Sae Kyo Park, for transfer of venue of Criminal Case Nos. 01-21028 and 01-21029 pending in the Regional Trial Court, Antipolo City, Branch 73, and directed the Clerk of Court to forward the records of the case to the Executive Judge of RTC, Morong, Rizal, for raffle and assignment among the judges thereat. In a Manifestation filed with this Court on January 10, 2005, the accused alleged that he is no longer interested to have his case transferred considering that Branch 74, the pairing court of Branch 73, has already acted upon his petition for bail. In view thereof, the Resolution dated December 6, 2004 is hereby SET ASIDE.
