Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 16 2005.

A.M. No. P-05-1948 ( Anonymous vs. Maria B. Coru�a, Stenographer, MCTC - El Nido, Palawan.)

Before the Court is the Memorandum dated October 29, 2004 of the Office of the Court Administrator regarding this administrative matter. It is noted that only a discreet investigation was conducted by Judge Nelia Yap-Fernandez. Hence, the Court considers the First Indorsement dated August 11, 2004 of the Office of the Court Administrator addressed to respondent Maria B. Coru�a as the formal charge against aforesaid respondent and the Comment thereon filed by said respondent as her formal answer.

ACCORDINGLY, this administrative matter is REFERRED to Judge Perfecto E. Pe, Vice Executive Judge, RTC of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, for investigation and submission of report and recommendation within sixty (60) days from receipt of the records hereof.
