Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005.

G.R. No. 114231 (Manila Electric Company vs. Court of Appeals, et al.).

The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) Ex-Parte Manifestation dated 6 December 2004 filed by counsel for respondent Nelia A. Barlis, stating that on 1 December 2004, the said respondent filed her Reply to Petitioner's Comment via registered mail, and similarly, the Quiason Makalintal Barrot Torres & Ibarra Law Firm, the Court of Appeals, the Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 66, Makati City, and the Office of the Solicitor General were served with copies of the above-mentioned Reply thru registered mail; and

(b) Aforesaid Reply to Petitioner's Comment dated 1 December 2004.
