Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005 .

G.R. No. 122743 (Telefunken Semiconductors Employees Union-FFW vs. Secretary of Labor and Employment) and G.R. No. 127215 (Temic Telefunken Micro Electronics Phils., Inc. vs. Hon. Leonardo A. Quisumbing.)

Considering that in the resolution of 23 November 2004, these cases were already considered closed and terminated and the Court declared that no further pleadings will be entertained in these cases, the Court Resolved to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the Motion for Reconsideration of the above-mentioned resolution of 23 November 2004, dated 20 December 2004 filed by counsel for petitioner.
