Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated JAN 25 2005 .

G.R. No. 127882 (LA BUGAL-B'LAAN TRIBAL ASSOCIATION vs. VICTOR O. RAMOS.)

In its "Motion for Correction, Clarification and/or Partial Consideration," dated December 23, 2004, WMC (Philippines), Inc. points out that while the text of the Decision in this case spoke of the invalidity of Sections 7.8 (e) and 7.9 of the subject FTAA, the dispositive portion appears to contain a "typographical error" in the sense that the letter (e) in Section 7.8 was inadvertently omitted.

WMC (Philippines), Inc. is plainly correct in its observation.

WHEREFORE, the Motion is GRANTED . The letter (e) is hereby added to the words "Section 7.8" in the dispositive portion of the Decision, specifically on the third to the last line on page 245, which is hereby corrected to read as follows:

"(WMCP), except Sections 7.8 (e) and 7.9 of the subject FTAA which are"
