Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005 .

G.R. No. 144463 (Sen. Roberto Jaworski vs. Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, et al.)

The Court Resolved to

(a) CONSIDER as SERVED the resolutions dated 15 June 2004 and 13 July 2004, both addressed to Atty. Mariano Jesus S. Averia, counsel for petitioner, 5^th Flr., Senate of the Philippines, GSIS Bldg., Roxas Blvd., 1300 Pasay City, which resolutions were returned unserved with the notation No longer connected...; and

(b) DENY WITH FINALITY the motion for reconsideration of the decision of 14 January 2004, as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by this Court and no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned decision/resolution.
