G.R. No. 155275 (People of the Philippines vs. Roberto Yap-Obeles, et al.)

The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the Manifestation dated 22 December 2004 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), apologizing for the delay in the filing of their Brief;

(b) NOTE the Consolidated Brief for the Appellee dated 9 December 2004 filed by the OSG in compliance with the resolution of 14 October 2003; and

(c) REQUIRE the accused-appellant/s to file a REPLY BRIEF within thirty (30) days from notice hereof.
