G.R. No. 157314 (Far East Bank and Trust Company, now Bank of the Philippine Islands vs. Themistocles Pacilan, Jr. )

Acting on the compliance filed by Atty. Emmanuel G. Vinco dated November 3, 2004, the Court resolves to NOTE the same and to REQUIRE Atty. Vinco to inform the Court of the respective ages of Rhoel Pacilan, Jesus Rene Pacilan and Jesus Ryan Pacilan within ten (10) days from notice.
