Considering that in the resolution of 14 December 2004, the motion for reconsideration filed by the petitioner was already denied with finality, the Court Resolved to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the

(a) Opposition to Motion for Reconsideration dated 23 December 2004 filed by counsel for respondent Atty. Edward S. Serapio; and

(b) Motion to Admit Reply with Reply to Opposition [Re: Serapio's Opposition dated 23 December 2004], dated 13 January 2005 filed by the Office of the Ombudsman, Office of the Special Prosecutor.
