G.R. No. 159139 (Information Technology Foundation of the Philippines , et al. vs. Commission on Elections, et al.)

Acting on the Most Respectful Motion for Leave to Use the Automated Counting Machines in Custody of the Commission on Elections for Use in the 8 August 2005 Elections in the Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), dated 9 December 2004 filed by Commissioner Resurreccion Z. Borra of the Commission on Elections, the Court Resolved to require the petitioners and private respondents, as well as the Office of the Solicitor General and Office of the Ombudsman, to COMMENT thereon within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
