Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005 .

G.R. Nos. 159525-27 (People of the Philippines vs. Jose Lara y David @ Joe Kalbo .)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 12 November 2004 filed by Acting Judge Leili Suarez Acebo, RTC, Branch 73, Antipolo City, in compliance with the resolution of 21 September 2004, reporting that accused Jose Lara is a fugitive from justice, having escaped from detention at the Rizal Provincial Jail on 25 April 2000, and that the court has no knowledge as to the actual whereabouts of the accused.
