Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18 2005 .

G.R. No. 161584 (People of the Philippines vs. Sonny Boy llo, et al.)

Pending compliance of the Jail Warden of Naga City District Jail to commit appellant Fernando Acopio to the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) per resolution of 7 September 2004, and pending the filing of a reply brief by the accused-appellants, the Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 19 November 2004 filed by Provincial Warden Gilberto P. Tapel, Tinangis Jail and Penal Farm, Camarines Sur, informing the Court that Sonny Boy llo y Cabrera was transferred and committed to the NBP on 13 November 2004.
