Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of 21 September 2004, dated 16 November 2004 filed by the petitioner, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the said motion for reconsideration, as no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution.
