Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 11 2005.

G.R. Nos. 164473-74 (Roderick Licayan, et al. vs. Reuben P. de la Cruz, etc., et al.)

Considering that these cases had become moot and academic with the appointment of Judge Reuben P. de la Cruz as Assistant Court Administrator, the Court Resolved to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the

(a) Comment (on the Urgent Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of 3 August 2004), dated 6 October 2004 filed by respondent Judge de la Cruz in compliance with the resolution of 31 August 2004; and

(b) Reply to the above comment dated 19 October 2004 filed by the Public Attorney's Office for the petitioners.
