G.R. No. 164889 (Gregoria Dampog Pepito vs. Commission on Elections, et al.)
The Court Resolved to DENY for lack of merit the Motion Invoking the Power of the Honorable Supreme Court to Exercise Its Symbolic Function and Motion for Leave to File Second Motion for Reconsideration and/or Motion for Clarification with Prayer to Set Said Motions for Hearing and Oral Arguments, dated 22 November 2004 filed by counsel for petitioner, considering that a second motion for reconsideration is a prohibited pleading under Rule 52, Section 2 in relation to Rule 56, Section 2, 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
