Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of 23 November 2004, dated 3 January 2005 filed by the petitioner herself, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the said motion for reconsideration, there being no compelling reasons to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution.
