The Court Resolved to GRANT the Motion dated 23 November 2004 filed by Atty. Arturo L. Tiu, Secretary, Commission on Appointments, for an extension of fifteen (15) days from 4 December 2004 within which to file a comment on the petition for himself and respondents Chairman of the Commission on Appointments and Franklin M. Drilon.
