Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 11 2005 .

G.R. Nos. 166222-23 (People of the Philippines vs. Sandiganbayan [Special Division] and Joseph E. Estrada.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the Manifestation of Concern dated 21 December 2004 filed by the Office of the Special Prosecutor for the petitioner relative to the reports that arrangements were supposedly being made by Sec. Norberto Gonzales for respondent Joseph Estrada to altogether go to China, using the Hong Kong trip as springboard, for whatever relief or inquiry as may be just under the premises in order that the ends of justice may be served.
