Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this
Court dated
A.M. No. 01-4-03-SC (Re: Request for Live Radio Coverage of the Trial in the Sandiganbayan of the Plunder Cases against Former President Joseph E. Estrada, et al.)
The Court Resolved to NOTE the Manifestation dated 14 December 2004 filed by counsel for movant Joseph Ejercito Estrada, stating, among other things, that he received, on 30 November 2004, a copy of the resolution of 9 November 2004 and that he will not press the matter at this time but reserves the right to revive the issue when the time comes for him to take the witness stand before the Sandiganbayan.
