Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18 2005 .

A.M. No. 03-12-02-SC. (Re: Request for Possible Grant of Special Allowances to Positions in the Judiciary with Rank of Judge of Metropolitan Trial Courts .)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to GRANT a special allowance, in the amount and nature equivalent to the special allowance authorized or actually received by judges under R.A. 9227, to the position of Executive Clerk of Court III of the Court of Tax Appeals in accordance with R.A. 9282.
