Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005.

A.M. No. 04-12-335-MeTC (Re: Problem Besetting MeTC, Branch 69, Pasig City.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Motion for Reconsideration (with Appearance), dated 27 December 2004 filed by Atty. Carlos Z. Ambrosio, counsel for respondent, praying that the resolution of 14 December 2004 directing the preventive suspension of Judge Julia S. Reyes as Presiding Judge of MeTC, Branch 69, Pasig City, be reconsidered and set aside and that she be immediately reinstated.

The Court further Resolved to REFER the aforesaid motion for reconsideration to the OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR for study and recommendation thereon within ten (10) days from notice hereof."
