A.M. OCA IPI No. 00-1002-RTJ (Mary Helen Estrada vs. Judge Bonifacio Sanz Maceda, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, NCR, Branch 275, Las Pi �as City.)

Considering that complainant Mary Helen Estrada had earlier filed a Petition for Review on Certiorari before the Court docketed as G.R. No. 162371, entitled "Mary Helen Estrada vs. Hon. Bonifacio Sanz Maceda, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, NCR, Branch 275, Las Piñas City, Court of Appeals and People of the Philippines," assailing the same decision, subject matter of herein above-entitled administrative case, let the letter dated January 18, 2005 of the complainant which the Court treated as a Petition for Habeas Corpus in the Resolution of March 9, 2005 be CONSOLIDATED with G.R. No. 162371 and the Comment dated March 28, 2005 of the Office of the Solicitor General and the Reply/Manifestation dated April 19, 2005 of the Public Attorney's Office INCORPORATED into the records of G.R. No. 162371.
