Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 6 2005.

G.R. No. 141746 (Baltazar, Rudygundo and Romana all surnamed Baring and Heirs of francisco Baring namely, Gumersindo Baring, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, Monico Baring, Mariano Baring, Francisca Baring, Asuncion Baring, Casiadora Baring, Paciana Baring, et al.)

The Heirs of Pedro Baring and Dalmacia Remulta, namely: Pedia Baring, Leon Baring, Gareta Baring, Sianing Baring, Talino Baring, Auring Baring, Claudio Baring, Salud Baring, Felisa Baring, Maria Baring, Paterno Baring, Severiana Baring, Bartolome Baring, Librada Baring, Lucresia Baring, Josefa Baring and Dioscora Baring are REQUIRED to submit the name and address of their new counsel and to file their memorandum within thirty (30) days from notice hereof; otherwise, the case will be deemed submitted for resolution without their memorandum.

The Division Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send the herein Resolution individually to the abovenamed Heirs of Pedro Baring and Dalmacia Remulta at Mactan Proper, Lapu-Lapu City; and at c/o Office of Barangay Captain, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
