Unoffficial reports have reached this Court on the death of petitioner Eduardo E. Kapunan, Jr. in G.R. No. 148213-17. However, no manifestation has been filed to date with the Court on the matter.

Counsel for petitioner Eduardo E. Kapunan, Jr. is hereby required to COMMENT within five (5) days upon receipt of this Resolution on the unofficial reports on the death of petitioner Kapunan.
