Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 14 2005.
G.R. No. 149497 (National Electrification Administration vs. Civil Service Commission and Pedro Ramos.)
It appearing from the records that private respondent Pedro Ramos
failed to comply with the show cause resolution of 11 January 2005 within the
period fixed therein which expired on 17 February 2005, the Court Resolved to
(a) IMPOSE upon the said private respondent a FINE of P1,000.00
payable to this Court within ten (10) days from notice hereof, or a penalty of
imprisonment of five (5) days if the said fine is not paid within the said
period, and (b) REQUIRE the said private respondent to COMPLY
with the show cause resolution of 11 January 2005 by filing the required
comment, also within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
