Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 27 2005 .

G.R. No. 149587 (Lourdes Santos vs. Perseveranda Geronimo.)

Before acting on the Motion to Withdraw Petition filed by Atty. Sinfronio A. Barranco, counsel for petitioner, which the Court treats as petitioner's reply to respondent's Comment, Atty. Barranco is DIRECTED to submit a certified true copy of the Order issued by the RTC of Malolos, Bulacan, Branch 22 in Criminal Case Nos. 1272-M-99 to 1275-M-99 provisionally dismissing the aforestated criminal cases. The Court REITERATES the directive of the Court for Atty. Sinfronio A. Barranco to pay a fine of P1,000.00 required in the October 20, 2004 Resolution.
