Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 20 2005.

G.R. No. 156304 (Anacleto R. Meneses, et al. vs. Secretary of Agrarian Reform, et al.)

Considering that copies of the Resolution dated February 28, 2005 which, among others, directed the Division Clerk of Court to resend copies of the Resolution dated August 6, 2003 requiring respondents to file comment on petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration of the Resolution dated January 20, 2003 which denied the motion for extension to file petition for review, separately sent to the new addresses submitted by the petitioners in compliance with the Resolution dated November 24, 2004 to respondents Relencio Ponce at Barangay San Agustin, San Miguel, Bulacan, Juanito A. Castro at Barangay Biak na Bato, San Miguel, Bulacan, and Ms. Fortunata Manuzon at Barangay Poblacion, San Miguel, Bulacan, were returned unserved with notation "Return to Sender, Unknown," "Return to Sender Party Out" and "RTS, unknown," respectively, petitioners are REQUIRED to SHOW CAUSE why the aforesaid respondents should not be dropped as respondents for petitioners' failure to submit their correct and present addresses, within ten (10) days from notice.
