G.R. No. 157943 (People of the Philippines vs. Gilbert Reyes Wagas.)

Acting on the Memorandum dated 19 April 2005 of Court Administrator Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr., the Court Resolved to GRANT the request therein for an extension of thirty (30) days from 30 April 2005 within which to submit the evaluation, report and recommendation required in the resolution of 11 January 2005.
