Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 21 2005.
A.M. No. P-01-1524 [Formerly A.M. No. 01-2-14-MTC] (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Virgilio M. Fortaleza, Clerk of Court, MTC, Catanauan, Quezon and Elena P. Reformado, Clerk of Court II, MTC, Guinayangan, Quezon.)
The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to
(a) DIRECT the Financial Management Office to (1) DEDUCT
the amount of one Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Five and
19/100 Pesos (P153,885.19) from the terminal pay of Mrs. Elena P. Reformado
to be applied to her accountabilities as former Clerk of Court of the Municipal
Trial Court, Guinayangan, Quezon, and (2) ISSUE checks payable to the
different accounts of the MTC of Guinayangan, Quezon; and
(b) DIRECT Clerk of Court Fe F. Olivera, MTC. Guinayangan, Quezon, to (1) DEPOSIT the checks to their respective accounts and (2) WITHDRAW the amount corresponding to the amount of the cash bonds to be refunded to the accused as ordered by the court.
