POE vs. ARROYO

Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Tribunal dated JUN 7 2005 .

PET Case No. 002 (Ronald Allan Poe a.k.a. Fernando Poe, Jr. vs. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.)

The Tribunal Resolved to

(a)���� GRANT the Motion to Withdraw Partial Cash Deposit dated 31 May 2005, in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), filed by counsel for the deceased protestant Fernando Allan Poe a.k.a. Fernando Poe, Jr., as well as for Intervenor/Substitute Protestant Jesusa Sonora Poe a.k.a. Susan Roces, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Rules of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal; and

(b)���� DIRECT the Cash Division, Fiscal Management Budget Office, this Court, to release the aforesaid amount to Jesusa Sonora Poe, the current administratrix of the estate of the deceased protestant.
