Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 28 2005 .

G.R. No. 149685 (Judge Proceso Sidro vs. People of the Philippines.)

Acting on the Letter of the petitioner dated January 11, 2005 addressed to the Honorable Chief Justice Hilario Davide, Jr., praying that the Court en banc take a second look at his case, the Court resolved to deny the same.

Anent the Motion for Reconsideration with Leave of Court dated March 14, 2005, filed by the petitioner on even date, the Office of the Special Prosecutor is DIRECTED TO FILE its Comment thereon within five (5) days from receipt of notice hereof.
