G.R. No. 152949 (Aklan College Inc. and Msgr. Adolfo P. Depra vs. Rodolfo Guarino .)

R E S O L U T I O N

Considering that Atty. Lou F. Tirol failed to pay a fine in the total amount of P3,000.00 imposed upon him in the Resolutions dated November 7, 2003 and July 12, 2004, the Court resolves to: (a) REQUIRE Atty. Tirol to SHOW CAUSE why he should not be arrested and detained for failure to comply with said Resolutions: and (b) to PAY the said fine of P3,000.00, both within 10 days from notice.

SO ORDERED.
