Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 8 2005.

G.R. Nos. 52341-46 (Delia Preagido, et al. vs. Sandiganbayan, et al.)

It appearing from the records that the resolution dated 23 November 2004 addressed to Ms. Delia Preagido, Mandaue City, was returned unserved with the notation deceased on the letter-envelope, the Court Resolved to require the Office of the Solicitor General to VERIFY and REPORT on the alleged death of petitioner Delia Preagido, and if the said petitioner is indeed deceased, to SUBMIT a certified true copy of Preagido's death certificate, both within fifteen (15) days from notice hereof.
