Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAY 10 2005 .

A.M. No. MTJ-04-1529 (Prosecutor Edilberto L. Jamora vs. Judge Jose A. Bersales, MTCC, Branch 2, General Santos City .)

The Court Resolved to DENY for lack of merit the Petition dated 28 April 2005 filed by respondent Judge Jose A. Bersales, requesting that the penalty imposed on him in the amount of P30,000.00 be paid in installment by way of deducting the said amount from his Special Allowance or salary increase from January 2005 until fully paid.

Puno, J., on sick leave.
