The Court RESOLVES to: (1) NOTE the COMMENT dated August 26, 2005 filed by respondent and REQUIRE petitioners to file their REPLY thereto within ten (10) days from notice; and (2) deem the Compliance dated September 19, 2005 filed by petitioners INSUFFICIENT, and REQUIRE petitioners to SUBMIT the duplicate original or certified true copy, and not the photocopy of the resolution denying the motion for reconsideration of the assailed judgment also within ten (10) days from notice.
