Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 15, 2006

"G.R. No. 144216 (People of the Philippines vs. Lorenzo Capulla y Hernandez)

It appearing from the records that Atty. Josefina M. Pazziuagan-Olivete, counsel for appellant, paid the fine imposed in the resolution of February 14, 2006 but failed to submit the required proof of filing and of service as therein directed, the Court Resolved to (a) NOTE the Payment of Fine in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) made by Atty. Olivete and (b) REQUIRE Atty. Olivete to FULLY COMPLY with the resolution of February 14, 2006 by submitting the required proof of filing and of service within ten (10) days from notice hereof, otherwise, an additional fine of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) will be imposed upon her." Corona, J., on leave. Azcuna, J., abroad on official business.
