Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 8, 2006

"G.R. No. 166818 (Energy Regulatory Commission vs. Genaro Lualhati, Bagong Alyansang Makabayan [BAYAN], Kilusang Mayo Uno [KMU], Gabriela, Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap [KADAMAY] and Party-List Bayan Muna )

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of Clerk of Court Ma. Luisa D. Villarama, to CONSOLIDATE this case with G.R. No. 166769 (Manila Electric Company vs. Court of Appeals, et al.).

Henceforth, G.R. No. 166769, as consolidated with G.R. No. 166818, shall be deemed an En Banc case."
