Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 15, 2006

"G.R. No. 172080 (Oscar O. Santos vs. Ma. Cecilia Brillo-Lalic, et al.)

Acting on the Manifestation and Motion dated July 25, 2006 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General relative to the resolution of June 27, 2006 which required the OSG to comment on both the petition and motion for issuance of a temporary restraining order, the Court Resolved to

(a) REQUIRE the petitioner to furnish the OSG with a copy of the petition within five (5) days from notice hereof; and

(b) REQUIRE the OSG to file its comment within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the petition." Corona, J., on leave. Azcuna, J., abroad on official business.
