ENGR. RANULFO C. FELICIANO vs. CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION, et al.

Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 22, 2006

"G.R. No. 172141 (Engr . Ranulfo C. Feliciano vs. Civil Service Commission, et al.)

The Court Resolved to

(a) DIRECT Clerk of Court Ma. Luisa D. Villarama to INFORM Engr. Ranulfo C. Feliciano of the dates relevant to the approval and release of the resolution of June 6, 2006, to prove to the latter that there was no premature disclosure in this case;

(b) REQUIRE Engr. Feliciano to submit, within five (5) days from notice hereof, the name/s of the person/s to whom he talked when he allegedly verified the status of this case with the Office of the Chief Justice and the Office of the Clerk of Court En Banc;

(c) REQUIRE Engr. Feliciano to submit, also within five (5) days from notice hereof, the name/s of the person/s from whom he got the unsigned resolution attached to his letter dated July 3, 2006; and

(d) REQUIRE the Chief of the Judgment Division, Judicial Records Office, to comment, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, on the matter of fax transmittal, specifying in his comment the names of the person who faxed the resolution to Tacloban City and the person to whom the transmittal was addressed.

Let the Chief of the Judgment Division, JRO, be FURNISHED with a copy of the letters dated July 3, 2006 and July 7, 2006 of Engr. Feliciano, together with the attachments thereto." Corona, J., on leave.
