The Court Resolved to GRANT the Motion dated August 7, 2006 filed by counsel for petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from the original period or until September 8, 2006 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari, with a WARNING that NO FURTHER EXTENSION will be given by the Court."
