"Administrative Case No. 5148 (Atty. Ramon P. Reyes vs. Atty. Victoriano T. Chiong, Jr.)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to

(a) LIFT the order of suspension of Victoriano T. Chiong, Jr.; and

(b) ALLOW Victoriano T. Chiong, Jr. to immediately resume his law practice." Corona, J., on leave.
