Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 8, 2006

"Bar Matter No. 1579 (Manuel T. Demdam vs. Sergio D. Domasian)

The Court Resolved to require complainant Manuel T. Demdam to file a REPLY to the comment of the respondent, within ten (10) days from notice hereof.

The Court further Resolved to NOTE the Manifestation dated July 5, 2006 filed by the respondent, informing the Court that he availed of all possible remedies to settle the matter with herein complainant but the latter simply refused; as he was left with no other recourse, he filed a Petition for Relief from Judgment before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 115, Pasay City, last June 20, 2006 in order to present his side and to prove that his obligation with Mr. Demdam has already been extinguished."
