Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JULY 18, 2006

"G.R. No. 107963 (Presidential Commission on Good Government vs. Hon. Enrique M. Pascua, et al.)

The Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the copies of the Entry of Judgment separately addressed to

(a) Judge Enrique M. Pascua, 8^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Paoay-Currimao, llocos Norte, which copy was returned unserved with the notation on the letter-envelope RTS Addressee Retired from Service; and

(b)Jara Baarde and Associates, 941 EDSA, Philamlife Homes, 100 Quezon City, which copy was returned unserved with the notation on the letter-envelope RTS Moved." Azcuna, J., on sick leave.
