WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, on

Acting on the Manifestation and Motion for the Issuance of a Restraining Order or Preliminary injunction dated July 5, 2006 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General for petitioner PEZA, the Court Resolved to ISSUE a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, restraining the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Lapu-Lapu City, from proceeding with the ejectment cases filed before it, which cases involve the parcels of lots subject matter of the instant consolidated cases." Carpio, J., on official business.
NOW, THEREFORE, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, You, Hon. Ester M. Veloso, Presiding Judge, MTCC, Lapu-Lapu City, your agents, representatives, or persons acting in your place or stead, are hereby RESTRAINED from proceeding with the ejectment cases involving the parcels of lots, which are the subject matter of the instant consolidated cases.
